#4613 tdbc files \r terminated in tcl cvs head today

Sun C compiler on sparc sun solaris 8
April 25th CVS head tar file from activestate's ftp site.

2 files - tdbcDecls.h and tdbcStubInit.c - are carriage returned terminated rather than simply newline terminated. This resulted in warnings such as
"/vol/tclsrcsol/tcl86/tcl/pkgs/tdbc/generic/tdbcDecls.h", line 17: warning: invalid white space character in directive
being generated for the files.

Once I deleted the carriage returns, the compile finished without warnings

Assigning to Kevin, remembering that I saw him updating TDBC in Head over the weekend, to 1.0b14. My guess is that this is where the DOSisms come from.
