Comments:
Is there any book, like Tcl and the Tk toolkit, on the current version
of Tcl/Tk? What I have seen in the bibliography seems fairly old and
since then, Tcl especially has undergone quite a few changes.

DesiredBehavior:
The Tcl man page on namespaces refers to a section SCOPED VALUES with
useful information on callback scripts. However, there is no such
section (at least not in the namespace page). One section comes close,
but does not contain information about callback scripts. This is
relevant, for instance, for "namespace eval" versus "namespace inscope"

Joe: I saw your proposal at
    http://tmml.sourceforge.net/doc/tcl/namespace.html and found
it satisfactory. Would you care to commit it?

    Done; namespace.n r1.10.
BTW, the additional text was supplied by Kevin Kenny.
