Jim, sorry to say that the second 0.23 release you sent me this morning (Fri, Nov 11) is busted. It locks up and has to be killed. Getting a single image takes it several seconds. Getting subsequent images takes even longer and attempting to stream locks it up.

Version 0.24: Still slow (I think this is debug info) but works
