#40 Startup delay

[Nightmare Devil]

The startup delay doesn't ssem to function correctly.

When I start up my PC, I want TB to be started
automatically, but my AV-Scanner takes a little more
time than TB does.

So TB is already downloading mails but my AV-Scanner
can't check them!

I've set the delay up to 100 and tried even 1000ms -
doesn't work.

PLEASE FIX!

The start delay works for me.
Try setting the start delay to higher values like 3000.

Nightmare Devil delay is measured in miliseconds. thus,
1000ms are 1sec.
