If an interwiki-entry ends in a & it doesn't get recognised when displayed afterwards. The interwiki-entry in the databases are correct, but the display in the interwiki-list is not correct.

Is fixed in upcoming version 0.25.
The error is in fact not related to the &, but rather to the ; which occurs after translating & to & Anyway the problem is now fixed.
