#126 Bug in Taurusform when the device is not exported

Taurusform shows the default widget when the device server is not exported.
Once the device server becomes exported, if it has a custom representation, taurusform should show the custom widget instead of the default widget.

It could be reproduced with any custom widget. e.g. tuple (motor and PMTV)

taurusform MOTOR_NOT_EXPORTED (pool not running) default widget is shown
