#31 Option to always color diagnostics

Hey there, Soci!

64tass has automatic detection for when it should color its diagnostic output, but would it be possible to add an option to forcibly enable coloring?

Hello!

I've added options for this now in trunk:

  --no-color-diag    Do not color diagnostics
  --color-diag       Always color diagnostics

With the latter it's now finally possible to have coloured diagnostics in Amiga cli ;)
