I'd also LOVE to see support of standard shortcuts:
1) CTRL+B: Bold
2) CTRL+I: Italics
3) ability to add bullet list item by just starting to type '*' character (like in MS Office)
4) some shortcut for inserting the date/time (Alt+Shift+D in MS Office) + ideally also ability to just enter date (w/o time)
5) Alt+Backspace: Undo
6) Ability to paste w/o formatting (Ctrl+Alt+V)
