Completed sub-tasks are included in subtask count filter. Thus when do a project review (using task searcher) of tasks with subtask count = 0 the ones with one subtask which already completed is not shown. This is vital for identifying projects without action

I didn't understand what you tried to do, but there is also a parents count.
You can add a filter on completed field.

I use main tasks as projects and sub tasks as next action. In order to identify which are the projects that does not have a active sub task (i.e no next action), I had requested for including the subtask count in the filter condition. You have been very quick to respond by adding that in the latest release.
But, when I create a filter e.g. "all tasks with subtask count = 0", I expect system to show me all tasks which does not have a active (i.e not completed) subtask. However system treats even completed subtasks as active when checking for count. Hence all tasks with completed subtasks are also listed. Solution-> Do not consider completed subtask when we do a subtask count.
