Thanks Anonymous, I have done that and that fixes the original error, but when launching the installer I still get Certificate Expired Error and can't install the addin.

Please note: For Microsoft® Authenticode® (Multi-Purpose), you should also timestamp your signed code to avoid your code expiring when your certificate expires."
Are other people able to install this Outlook plugin and get it working after the 14/9/2013 when the certificate expires ?
