As you can see in this screenshot, TaskUnifier is not showing tasks that belong to a folder or context

I cannot get my tasks to show up in folders. The folders show up in the General listing but the folders themselves are empty. I have tried creating a new folder but that does not work either. This happened some months ago and so I gave up using TaskUnifier. I was hoping that by upgrading to V4 that the problem would go away, but no luck.
It is really strange, I have never seen that before...
I just tested on my Mac and either I see all, or I see nothing (depending on the settings).
