#430 Effort Viewer - Effort per Week - Ignores Start of Work Week preference

There appears to be a bug in the Effort Viewer. When the Aggregate Mode is set to "Effort per Week", the period for each week always starts on a Monday and ignores the preference "Start of Work Week" setting.

For example, I have the "Start of Work Week" set to Sunday. When I look at the Effort per Week, the date range in Total row shows the dates for Monday - Sunday for each week.

This is very frustrating, because I often work on Sundays, and my time is included in the wrong week.

Hi! Happy to be announcing, all these years later, that Task Coach is now updated to Python3 and development is finally active again, thanks to new volunteers. The project has now moved to https://github.com/taskcoach/taskcoach

I'm using it myself, and things are working better than ever.

We'd love to have you test the updated program, and post any issues that arise there at GitHub. We won't be continuing with SourceForge, just clearing out old issues and letting people know about the move.
