#16 delete tasks with Ctrl-DEL instead of DEL

Task have dispeared for me more then once. I suspect this is due to the fact that I use focus-follows-mouse and sometimes the focus accidentally ends up on the wrong window. So pressing delete might accidentally delete a task in taskcoach. (This is problem is most prominent in taskcoach, as taskcoach is running in full-screen mode all the time and it is not possible to have no task selected in the list view.)

Anyways, the attached patches replace the DEL shortcut by Ctrl+Del, reducing the likelyhood of accidental deletes.

FWIW, I support this change enough, even though I use the DEL shortcut
