#615 Feature request: Archiving/hiding of categories, notes, etc.

First of all, thanks for TaskCoach. Seems great. Just started using it, and I think I'll continue to do so. wxWindows may not be the flashiest UI toolkit around but you seem to have done fantastic work with it.
This may be more feedback than feature request, but I've filled in a dozen categories or so, and some of those categories are for projects that I know I won't be keeping around indefinitely. I'd hate to have to delete those categories (and, I suppose, if I did this I'd also delete the associated tasks) when I'm done with them. Most software I've used which has to deal with this sort of time-specific metadata allows one to archive a given set - effectively, hiding it from view. I wouldn't actually be using this functionality now, but I expect I'll be dying for it in the future.

Categories are not meant to be used for projects. Tasks are. Then you can mark the tasks (projects) completed and hide completed tasks to get them out of the way.
