Tapper Package Manager / News: Recent posts

So yeah, hacked up a rudimentary draft of the daemon now. CVS repository is live as well!
The branch is called tap-daemon, you can browse it by anoncvs, or view it online;

A decision has been made to implement tapper/tapd in Python and not C++ as originally intended.

Quite a rough little sucker, but it works. And that means so does the protocol. Yey!

Not much there, a copy of the SF application information. Which sums up the project quite nicely actually.

Also been getting applications for the available positions, excellent. Keep them coming.

Drafted a rough sketch for the protol, and started work on the proof-of-concept daemon. Decided it was quickest and easiest to hack it up in Python.
