Execution Phases

TAPDANCE consists of three phases that can be executed independently. [Cross Project Consolodation Phase] and [CIS Calling Phase] both require at least one project to have had it's inserts identified, but those phases do not require those inserts to be identified during the current execution of TAPDANCE.
