Cross Project Consolodation Example

This process merges the data from multiple experiments into a single set that can have CIS calculated. See the paper for details on appropriately selecting data sets to merge and how things like batch effect are managed. In this case, new sequences are not added.

From the command line:

 perl ./tapdance_runner.pl -merge my_proj_1 -merge my_proj_2 -merge my_proj_3 -projectName my_merged_projects
