This one is something special! Tried all of em'. KX is great, this is better. Ubuntu is very good, this beats it. AVlinux? not quite. After the usual setting up for wireless and printing that must be done on this old Dell 620 this achieves incredible low latency with all the software working. Forums have some problems connecting, but haven't needed them. MATE desktop is clean. installed Wbar. recognizes EMU soundcard in dock. stock soundcard records @ 128 48000 with nooooo overruns. that's 5.33 msec latency with the stock laptop onboard sound. Nothing else has matched this for me. realtime kernel Debian 7.2 Wheezy. Rocks! Wish I could post a compliment on their website, but it doesn't perform nearly as well as the software itself. UPDATE: Just for kicks wanted to see how low it could go. Stock Dell D620 onboard audio. One overrun upon startup of Ardour3. Recorded clean track set @...........16 FRAMES/PERIOD!!! WHAT?!!! WHAAAAAT?!! Have screenshot to prove it, just not sure how to post it. What trickey is this? Get your website together, this is news. I'm just so....so.....so happy right now......sob.......
