#33 Show in treeview

It would be great if it could display the information in a treeview. The user could specify start and end strings to look for that would constitute a tree node, and all text lines that come in between the start and end markers would be attached to the tree node. So it would show all unexpanded tree nodes , and the user would expand the node to see the lines inside it.
