#25 Option to send to stdout and close

I have a real need to have a good tail command that
can either be given both input and output file names,
or alternatively be given an input file and use
the '>' redirection to send the tail output to a file
and then shut down.
The less the user sees, the better.

Oh, and THANKS! for a great little program. It has
really helped me out.
