#44 Bad error message reopening a file

I opened a file from a UNC path - \\servername\d$\temp.txt

I then deleted the file.

I then closed it, and tried to reopen it by going to File->temp.txt. Tail gave me the error message:

---------------------------
Sorry, only files can be dropped!
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I am using version 4.2.12 on a Windows XP machine.

I have also tested it with a file on the local hard-drive (c:\temp.txt) with the same result.
