#43 No update at all

When I look with tail at a text file with size about 2.5 MB or bigger, the actual contents are shown, but not updated anymore, although the file is continuously written and changed.
The previous version of tail at least flickered and so I could see, that there was a change, but the actual version does not show any activity at all.
The only change I can see, is that if I scrolled upwards, the scrollbar is set to bottom again.

I have the same problem: files display, but are static and not updated.

I have the same problem but only under Windows 2008 Server
