#41 Ctrl+O and Ctrl+N not working after initial start of Tail

Dear all,

after a clean start of Tail the Shortcuts Ctrl+O and
Ctrl+N don't work. (Maybe others to ?)

After opening a file using the Menu (File | Open |
Select and open a file) the Shortcuts are working fine.
