#26 NT4 : Tail does not show the tail (last lines) in Window

If you use tail on Windows NT 4.0 to keep track of
changes in a file it does not show the last lines in the
visible area of the window.
Each time the file was changed one has to scroll down
to see the last changes :(

Please don't tell me to update to Win2000 - for several
reasons it must stay a NT 4.0 system.

Version tested :
4.2.7
4.2.10

Enviroment :
Windows NT 4.0 SP6a

On Windows 2000 SP4 it works as expected
