#25 Stays minimized

I have my option set to open the last file loaded when
starting Tail. I have determined that the last file
loaded still exists and is not corrupted. However,
when I start Tail, the program stays minimized on the
taskbar. Clicking on the icon on the task bar does not
bring up the window.
