#7 Insert row/column AFTER the last one

I keep wanting to append a column. So I go to the last column, insert a column (well, sometimes I insert a row and then when I undo my table is FUBAR) and then proceed to record a macro that moves, cell by cell, the value of the last column into the now empty second to last column. There should be a way to append a row or column without all this rigmarole. It really is VERY inconvenient when there already is an insert function!
