I have downloaded and installed this addon to FF 3.0.5 (portable) and have found that it stops FF from completely loading up until the browser is minimized and then maximized again. Also, when tabs are switched, the effect is delayed by about 1-2 seconds. The window switches and then the effect kicks in.
