This is a very cool extension but I think it does not work with Gmail manager. After I disabled Gmail Manager it worked. Pl fix the bug.

It appears that I had the same problem! I resolved this by disabling Gmail Manager plugin.

The problem occurs when "Gmail Manager" plugin is installed and the Fifrefox 'master password' is set. When firefox starts with this combination, it will prompt for the master password before displaying the initial (home page) firefox window. "Tab Effect" will not work if this happens.
