I love it, and the addon itself works great, BUT….
it doesn’t play well with the “1-ClickWeather 1.1.4” addon, which I love and have used forever. Immediately after installing the tab effect addon, I received the following errors when I open Firefox, and found my 1Click Weather addon not working:

“Alert: Type Error: rootElement has no properties” (upon clicking the “ok” button for this, the following then pops up.)

“cfg err: TypeError: userCfg.getAllProfiles()getDefaultProfile()has no properties”

If I try to open something in a new window, I receive:

“cfg err: TypeError: appCfg.getDataByName(datakey) has no properties”

I like the tab effect addon, but removed it, as my 1 Click Weather serves a purpose, as opposed to cosmetics. Removing the tab effect removed the errors and allowed the 1 ClickWeather addon to work properly again.

I am running Firefox 2.0.0.1 on a Windows XP SP2 system with all the latest updates for both.

Same problem here, also with the click weather add on which is very usefull.
I like the cosmetics of this tab effect, and im looking forward for this compatibility issue with click weather so i can use both extensions.

I as well have the exact same issue, I'd disabled Tab Effects for now.

I found the same problem using FF 2.0.0.2. Nice addon but doesn't play nice :(
