#121 Duplicate Contact: address attached phone number is lost

This occurs when saving an new entry that is created from the Duplicate link
(contact.php?mode=new&id=##)

Problem occurs if there are any Communications entries (or Information?) linked
to an address. The record will save, a new entry is created for the duplicate,
but the address associated information is lost

When the duplicate is saved this phone number is lost.
