#26 gen_code fails on linux

The copyFile and some uses of fopen were not using
init_gToOpen which was resulting in the use of
backslashes (\) in the unix environment. It appears to
work, now. I have attached a copy.

Contributed patch, already applied. TA-Lib has moved to GitHub and this SourceForge tracker is retired.

This ticket carried a contributed patch (gen_code.c) and was resolved as closed-fixed on SourceForge in 2004. It is accounted for in the final SourceForge review: https://github.com/TA-Lib/ta-lib/issues/30
