#102 Consider Migrate to GitHub

The project seems out of maintain right now. Since git is more popular nowadays, I'd appreciate if the project could be migrated to https://github.com/TA-Lib . I'm the owner of the GitHub org right now. I'll be happy if Mario Fortier (fortier) would like to take over the org.
