      I am unable to download any 1.10.2b83.amd64 images from Sourceforge. I
      can't change mirrors either.

    I am now ablt to download 1.10.2b83.amd64 images from Sourceforge.

    Bug 14 Services: DHCP server: Edit static mapping. Is fixed and canbe closed.

    Other possible negative impacts of the fix are unknown at this time.
