Shlomi, the onus on tracking HEAD changes is on you. I've told you before: your branches are considered experimental, and therefore are expected to track HEAD. This is in contrast with the situation where HEAD is stable, and the development occurs in branches. In this case, development occurs in HEAD (by Orna, and me very very occasionally), and your branches are experimental, to-be-merged-as-we-see-fit.
