You can MERGE your branch into HEAD, but not make it HEAD, since there are 
some files which are older in your branch (at least make_site.pl, 
outline.text, sctstyle.css) and examples.(txt, html) does not exist.

And while you are at it, removing the ^M marks would be nice.
