#2 Login bug

I have noticed that sometimes it is impossible to login. When you enter
correct information it will go back to the login screen again. I think it
may be due to having more than one person logged in per account,
but I have not been able to isolate the issue. Also I think it could be
related to some sql or session or state issue.
