#1 SyntaxDesktop2 navigation bug
It appears there is a bug, when you go back in your navigation it
clears the screen and returns to the syntax desktop. Even when using
the little green arrow on the sidebar menu it behaves this way. I
assume it is because the green arrow invokes the 'back' button on the
browser. I will attempt to find a fix and submit back the code.

Also when you launch an http address via javascript: createWindow(), the
page that is encapsulated into the main desktop area cannot invoke other
createWindow(), or maybe window.open(). To reproduce this bug, link to
javascript: createWindow('yahoomail','http://mail.yahoo.com'); and you will
notice that you cannot click on compose or compose any email at all. Upon
inspection, the compose button normally should open a new popup window.
I have gotten around this issue by making a redirecting page that opens
yahoo in a brand new window from an <a href> in html instead of javascript.
