Download the old mwEdit source.
You will find *.MSG files.  Copy one that is similar to the language you
want to do, and replace its keywords.  Run it through SynGen and a pascal
source file is generated.  Include it in the SynEditReg.pas and recompile
the SynEdit Package.  Now you can use it.
Additionally Jan had wrote a highlighter that uses ini files for coloring
and keywords.  You can get that from his site: http://jansfreeware.com/
