[Synedit-user] max line size

Never mind, I found it. 

The max_scroll is real small (32k), so in my copy of SynEdit I
bumped it up to high( integer ), quite the overkill, but who
knows who might really need to edit a file with a big line
lenght.

The maxleftchar was the limit on scrolling to the right, by
default set to 1024. It was the name that was throwing me I
guess. I put code into my pgm to bump this up as needed.
