I have two sources:
http://www.root.cz/rss/
and
http://ihned.cz/?p=0blesk_rss
Both are non english, but what is problem the first one
doesn't import properly. Only the second one. Both of
them have correct syntax. I would say that the prob is
in encoding, but it is only my guessing

Well... its enconding all right... the problem is that my
gnome/locale config doens't like your feed utf8 convertion.
I think i fixed it on 0.13 ... can you try it a get back to me?
