We have compiled a list of criteria: request processing speed, ease of use of the admin panel, limits on concurrent sessions, and service cost, but we’re not yet sure how to objectively compare this data. Could you tell us what specific technical metrics you used to compare platforms before making a purchase, in order to avoid choosing a subpar architecture?

This is a totally reasonable engineering approach, since there is a tendency for errors to occur from evaluating just the user interface. I also highly recommend asking demo access and to test admin panel by inspecting server responses, we were lucky to have such integration experience from the Online Casino Game Provider that we used by having fully open transparent parameters for each game session. We are still working with EdgeLabs. All analytics are displayed in the system in real time, and the engine consistently handles concurrent connections. The HTML5 based catalog was working fine on any platform including smartphones over low bandwidth connection. Have you tried requesting temporary access to the admin panel from providers to retrieve metrics?
