I recently picked up a used RadioShack Pro 2051 at a hamfest and it came without any documentation, so I was completely lost on how to program frequencies manually. I found a scanned copy of the original manual that includes all the specs, the bank programming steps, and even the weather scan function. The complete file is available for free here https://radio-shack.manymanuals.com/scanners/pro-2051 for the radioshack pro 2051 specs manual and it has the frequency range charts and the reset procedure that I couldn't find anywhere else.
