How do growing companies manage to keep their legal documents secure while operating under strict European privacy laws? Our current filing system is a mess, and we need a professional data store that actually understands regional requirements. Does anyone have a preferred vendor for this?

Is there a specific way to visualize the entire ecosystem of European software providers to see who specializes in post-signature tasks versus document creation? We want to avoid spending months on research, so a structured guide or market map would be perfect. Identifying which platforms focus on data sovereignty and AI-driven searching is our main goal before we commit to a long-term contract. Is there a specific way to visualize the entire ecosystem of European software providers to see who specializes in post-signature tasks versus document creation? Do you want a tool that can integrate with your current accounting software, or are you looking for a standalone legal archive? In fact, there are quite a few different CLMs now, but not all of them comply with EU laws, in particular DORA and NIS2, and can transfer data to third countries. I studied this issue for some time to find a reliable CLM platform and found their map on the European market at https://zefort.com/blog/mapping-european-clm-vendors/ , you can check it out. We are currently working with Zefort, their privacy policy states that they do not process and do not transfer data outside the EU, which is very important. In addition to storing all data, you can create documents, manage and sign them, so all the functionality is enough for the full cycle of contracts and you do not need to install anything additional.
