Hello, I am new to the shop and I wanted to ask about how the refund system works. If I buy a base and it turns out to be dead, what is the process for getting a replacement or a credit? Do I need to provide any specific proof or logs to the support team? I want to be sure that I am protected if the quality isn't what I expected. Any advice from long-term users would be great.

Welcome to the community, you picked a good place to start because they are quite professional here. When you use briansclub, the replacement process is mostly automated through their internal checker system. You just have to report the dead items within the time limit, which is usually a few hours after the purchase. I have had to use the replacement system a few times and it has always been fair and fast. Make sure you don't use external checkers as that might void your ability to get a refund on the site. The support team is also helpful if you have a larger issue that the automated system can't handle. Just open a ticket and explain your situation clearly and politely to get the best results. I have found that as long as you follow the rules, they are very honest about credits. It is one of the reasons why I have stayed with this shop for so long compared to others. Just take it slow at first and test a small amount to see how it works for you.

That clears up a lot of my concerns about how the replacement system works. It is good to know that they have an automated checker and that the support is actually responsive. I will definitely stick to their internal tools to make sure I don't void any warranties. I feel much more comfortable making my first purchase now.
