Before trusting a company with my belongings, I want to make sure it has appropriate insurance and that customers understand what is actually covered. Is this company insured, and did anyone who used them receive clear information about the coverage? I’m particularly interested in what happens if furniture is damaged or lost during transportation. Were you given documentation explaining the insurance terms, limits, exclusions, and claims procedure before the move?
