#284 [Suggestion] When Capture is used and file exists, offer Overwrite, Append...

When using Alt+C to capture, I've noticed the behavior changed from 1.9 to 1.10. In 1.9, When the file selected for capture exists, they both notify the user and and offer to overwrite or cancel. 1.9 appends, 1.10 does what I would call an actual overwrite (truncated size to 0 before writing). For 1.10, I wanted to suggest having the prompt be something like "Overwrite, Append, Cancel".

For v1.9, changed the menu option to indicate append.

And now, for ASCII and Raw, you get to choose between overwrite, append, and cancel.
