#261 Custom screen mode Column settings don’t persist

when using Custom screen mode, the Columns setting doesn't seem to persist restarting apps (Rows does). Setting was 74Row/162Col, closed SyncTerm->re-open, 74/80cols
REPRO STEPS

1. Go to Program Settings -> Custom Screen Mode. Change the settings to something unique, I was using 74 Rows and 162 Columns. Apply the size setting to a BBS and connect; it works as expected at that resolution.
2. Exit SyncTerm.
3. Re-Open SyncTerm
4. Connect to the BBS from step 1 with the Custom Setting.

EXPECTED

1. The BBS connects at 74 Rows and 162 columns.

ACTUAL

1. The BBS connects at 74 Rows and 80 columns

USER WORKAROUND

1. By re-visiting "Program Settings -> Custom Screen" mode the user can see that the value for Columns in the Video Output mode menu is now 80. Resetting columns to 162 in this mode re-enables the width for the custom mode until the app is exited again, at which point they'll need to apply the workaround on next boot.

Fixed in git... it was loading CustomCols but saving CustomColumns.
