I mentioned this to you in the past on IRC, but thought I should probably make a ticket.
I have not been able to get your fat MacOS builds to run under MacOS 10.4 Mojave for at least the last year.
After downloading a release and unzipping, the app icon has a big slash through it.
And if I attempt to double-click the icon, macOS pops up a dialog box that says:
You can't use this version of the application "SyncTERM3 .app" with this version of macOS.
You have macOS %@. The application requires macOS %@ or later.
The percent and at-symbol gibberish is exactly what the dialog shows. Clearly something in the build process is not right.
I can build from source myself just fine on Mojave. But I wish I could just use the release binaries.

Basically, I don't know how to make that happen with the tools and hardware I have.
You'll likely want to update to rc2
