#217 new bbs

I went to make a new bbs on the exe file date of October 4, 2025
I made the bbs name (no problem there) but when I told it the Connection Type that I wanted telnet and put in the address, and then save it and the reedit to check it, it want to ssh (did it a few time, same thing happened)

A number of v1.8 x-league discord sysops are having the same type of issues on the Windows side of things. No issues w/ Linux at this time to report.

1) When adding a new BBS it does not save the settings and can corrupt other systems by removing the domain so they no longer can connect
2) The Default Connection settings don't save. Perhaps related due to an issues wtih the syncterm.lst file not being saved correctly?

Note: On a broken syncterm.lst i see a lot of spaces separating systems where this is not the case on a working syncterm.lst.

I believe this issue is now fixed. Please download the newest build and confirm.
