#152 Support DEC Special Graphics

As far as I can tell, SyncTERM doesn't currently support https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DEC_Special_Graphics

I don't know if this would actually be useful for any existing BBSes, but it would be useful for NetHack fans, who might want to watch games on public servers, which sometimes uses curses line drawing or DECgraphics, which uses DEC Special Graphics.

Correct, SyncTERM is not a VT emulator... however the terminfo entry does have a full ACS set that curses should use appropriately, so NetHack is fully playable.

I have no idea what watching NetHack on public servers does or is though...

If I do add this is will likely be quite far out (a year or two).
